Nova Southeastern University Softball Camps

Overview

Julie LeMaire Softball Camps brings a structured training experience to the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on the campus of Nova Southeastern University. NSU competes at the NCAA Division II level as a member of the Sunshine State Conference, and the 2026 season underscored the program's competitiveness: the Sharks finished 30-22 overall and 16-14 in conference play, earning five All-SSC honors along the way. Abbey Moore was named to the First Team, while Destiny Lewis, Brianna Matthews, and Ana Richiez each received Second Team recognition. Campers at this program get to train in the same environment that produced those results, under the guidance of the staff that led the team to that mark.

Coaching Staff

The camp is led by Head Coach Julie LeMaire, whose 18-season career coaching record stands at 536-335 (.620). She is joined on the staff by:

• Sydney Lageyre ('22) – Assistant Coach

• Cameryn Orland – Assistant Coach (joined the staff in August)

The source material gathered for this listing did not include additional biographical detail for the assistant coaches beyond their names, titles, and (where noted) graduation year or hire date.
