Coaching Staff

Jennifer Teague – Head Coach

Teague has led the Columbia softball program since July 2014, when she was named the third head coach in the team's history. Prior to Columbia, she served as head coach at the University of Buffalo and held an assistant coaching role at Michigan State. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan in 1999 and is entering her 13th season at Columbia for the 2027 campaign.

Over her tenure, the Lions have compiled a 93-92 overall record, and Teague is the only coach in program history to post a winning mark in Ivy League play. Her 2025 squad recorded the highest winning percentage the program has ever seen and reached the postseason for the second time under her guidance. That season also saw seven players earn All-Ivy recognition—a single-year total tied for second-most in program history—and Cami Neal became the first Columbia player ever to collect four All-Ivy honors.
